It's been an exciting time in the Stop Think Chew Kitchen. I have been cooking away for my clients as well as the local Atlanta farmer's market's as the Educational Chef every other Saturday. The farmer's market's get me out of my kitchen and interacting face to face with neighbors and fellow Atlantan's committed to investing in the local food system. I love bringing my own flavor and flare of Mediterranean spices that may be something new to our Southern taste buds. Additional excitement comes from my recent orders with The Turnip Truck GA, who connects Georgia's finest small farms and artisan food producers to restaurants, and now smaller food businesses. They have been delivering the finest local food directly to the STC kitchen which means less travel time for me and more time cooking the delicious produce!
